Burrito Pie

This was very tasty, to avoid soggy tortillas I used corn tortillas and fried them for about 3 seconds each side in peanut oil. They held up great even as leftovers. My family loved this they called it mexican lasagna and asked me to make it again soon. Thank you Kathi.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

My husband and I both love this recipe. I cheated and used a pre-mixed seasoning called Cajuns Choice Blackened Seasoning the first time I made it and it was great. I make this all the time now using the spice blend in the recipe and it is excellant! Thank you Jeff :)

Parmesan Chicken I

This was very tasty however the appearance was not very good. If I did this again I would take the advice of the reviewer that suggested cooking the rice after and pooring the chicken and soup mixture on top of the rice.

Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Chicken Delicious

My husband and I loved this recipe, he said this is one of his favorites. I used white wine, frozen chicken breast tenders and alot of parmasian, served it over bow tie pasta w/ a garden salad.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

After reading the reviews I made some changes to this recipe, I used a whole 4 lb chicken and added 1/2 cup of broth to the bottom, throughout the day I added alot of spices and turned the chicken a couple of times. The cook time was only 2 hours on high and 5 hours on low. This was very moist and everyone in my family liked it. I will make it again soon.
