Turkey Wings with Yellow Rice
Turkey wings are great in the crock pot. Skip the flavored rice. Use only two cups of water in the crock pot so the wings are not boiled. If you want to serve the wings with rice, cook it according to package directions on top of the stove or in a rice cooker.

Iced Tea II
This is an "Arnold Palmer" that is a tea and lemonade hybrid. Use one half cup of simple syrup instead of sugar for a clear and refreshing treat. Be careful not to squeeze the tea bags. Squeezing the bags makes for very cloudy tea.

White Bean Salad
Easy on the oil and use any wine vinegar. Fresh garlic is always better than garlic powder. We don't like it really greasy. I add a can of fine Italian Tuna, drained. (Yes, packed in oil and a little expensive, but worth the difference.) Antipasto!
