I could only find fresh dill, so I cut it, mixed the seasonings together in a bowl, and let it sit overnight. I had read that the dried flavor was better, and though it wasn't dry, it was flavorful. I also rubbed the fish instead of just sprinkling the spices. It was simple and delicious!

This was delicious! I'm a terrible cook living in an area with scarce access to obscure ingredients, so this recipe was perfect for me!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

I live in rural Turkey, where certain ingredients are impossible to find. I couldn't find sun dried tomatoes, so I substituted ROASTED RED PEPPERS in oil. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it was delicious! I can't speak to the original recipe, but for those who thought it was too much tomato, try some peppers!
