Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I had a few problems with it, mainly it taking an hour and a half to bake. But i made a few modifications: Added two pieces of bread at the bottom of the loaf pan to absorb some of the grease, I added one clove garlic to the meat mixture, and i used only 1/2 cup of brown sugar and mixed it with the ketchup to put on top of the meatloaf before baking it. After it was finally done it had good flavor and texture. next time I will budget for longer baking time and add a full 3/4 cup of brown sugar. Nick loved it more than I did, but after all, it is meatloaf.

Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
This pork was very good. I think I mat have cooked it a little too long in the crock pot tho. We also just ate this pork on Asiago Cheese bread with colby jack cheese as sandwiches. I did make one adjustment: I used jalapeno instead of red chile pepper. I only used one jalapeno but shouldve probably used two.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Delicious. Very good for fall baking! Added a little more than recommended chocolate chips and turned out great.
