Easy Vegetable Pot Pie
This was my first time making a pot pie and it came out delicious!! I ate almost half the pie myself. I changed somethings. I used fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and mushrooms and canned peas. I also used 2 cans of cream of potato soup and 1 cup of almond (unsweetened) almond milk. I steamed my veggies first and sauteed them with an onion and 1 1/2 tbs of minced garlic. I also added some garlic salt. I had enough filling for two pies, at the rate I'm going will be gone soon.
I love this recipe as it's a great base recipe for any pot pie. You can play around with cream of corn, mushroom and potato soups and add in any veggies you want.
