Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices

Loved this! We melted butter to put on it before the spices, and it was good. We did add some oil to the pan before cooking, and I think we could have done without it. My hubby made a little white wine sauce with the drippings and it was all very good! We ate every bite!

Very good soup. I left out the nutmeg because I'm not a fan of that spice, but my family really liked this soup along with a grilled cheese sandwich.

Ground Beef Stew

Just okay. I made some of the changes (cut back potatoes, added red wine, tomatoes instead of tomato soup, etc.) and it just doesn't really excite me. My daughter likes it alright, though.

Slammin' Salmon

We loved this! We made a few changes - we didn't have ginger or sesame oil. My husband added about some cane syrup (his spice of the season) to the marinade. We cooked it on a cedar plank and will definitely do it again!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole IV

I thought this was pretty good. I cooked the chicken breasts before I put them in the recipe. (I had read some reviews that said it was too soupy, which was probably from the chicken being uncooked.) I covered it with aluminum foil so it wouldn't get burned on top. My husband really liked it.
