Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices
Loved this! We melted butter to put on it before the spices, and it was good. We did add some oil to the pan before cooking, and I think we could have done without it. My hubby made a little white wine sauce with the drippings and it was all very good! We ate every bite!
