I was skeptical that a recipe with so few ingredients would turn out this well, but it was excellent! I added 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and an extra pinch of dried onion. Make sure to stir every hour, and it turns out great. I served mine with rice.

Cracker Candy

This recipe was quick and easy to make. Tastes like a more complicated recipe. I didn't get the sugar mixture to the corners of the crackers, so some didn't turn out well. Next time I'll make more of the syrup concoction.

Extra Easy Fudge

By far the easiest fudge recipe I've made. My friends didn't believe it was just chocolate chips and chocolate frosting. The downside is that it melted and got squishy if left out of the fridge. Next time I'd add some baking wax to help it firm up. I put crushed Andes mints in part of the batch, and it was great!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I've tried several meatloaf recipes, and this one was by far the best! I made 5 mini-loaves, and they were just as good as leftovers as originally. Will easily feed a family of 5.
