This is a great recipe. I used Fitz's Root Beer, which I highly recommend because it uses real sugar, and because - it is from St. Louis!! I added salt, pepper, garlic powder and the root beer and after the pork tenderloin was done cooking I shredded it, added Sweet Baby Ray's and put it back in for an hour. Hubby LOVED it, as did the people at the party I was hosting. I had lots of requests for the recipe! I combined it with the top rated homemade coleslaw from Allrecipes and it was so good! BTW - I add Stevia instead of sugar (1/2 the amount called for) in the coleslaw recipe.
