Once I thought I'd go to culinary school, but discovered working in a kitchen was not my pace. I am learning on my own through this site, mostly, until i can afford classes in person! Regaurdless of not being able to perform in fast paced environment, I can certainly and surely entertain and serve my family and friends, guests and self very generously through knowledge and effort, creativity and dedication, and traditionally just serving. i'd like to be able to please through my creations and reignite the fire i used to feel in the kitchen.
My favorite things to cook
Green Bean Casserole as on the back of French's French Fried Onions, is a family tradition, ever since we got our hands on that product i suppose. I like to fry my ravioli or tortellini in sunflower or olive oil, and sprinkle flax seed blend over it, to add some crisp. I just do my thang man. Like to learn
My favorite family cooking traditions
Dont have any. The recipe on the back of the Frenchs can. My grandma made these Russian Tea Cakes i called NutBalls, and now i know why my mom was so endeared by that term. I was not taught how to make this though I have the recipe.. as well as a few others I'd like to try my hand at.

My cooking tragedies
It happens............. poor produce ruins. Dont buy fruit or vegetables in the Bronx.
