The sandwich was very good. The olive spread is very similar to what you would find on Bourbon Street. I prepared the olive spread the night before to allow the flavors to blend. Made it for Superbowl Sunday and my friends loved it.

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

Fabulous! I cannot believe that anyone would say that this recipe was bland. Will definitely make this dish again. We used baby portabello mushrooms, inexpensive chardonnay and a little corn starch. The sauce was divine. We only added the corn starch so that the sauce would stick to the mini penne pasta. Most excellent.

OMG.. My husband LOVED this dish and my neighbors popped by and each ate 3 servings. I added mild italian sausage ONLY and it was perfect. The fresh mushrooms were delightful. I can already hear my hubby begging for this again (and again)

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

Loved it. Better on Day 2... Added roasted poblanos. mmm. Next time, less sodium based cajun seasoning because it was a bit salty and i will add okra. YUM.

Anniversary Chicken II

This recipe is very simple and delicious. I am not sure what the secret sauce is, in lieu of the soy sauce. I used less soy than recommended based on the reviews here and it was just delicious. I have shared this recipe with my friends.
