My Mom's Good Old Potato Salad

So close to what I had on Sunday picnics as a child.Save some chopping and use sweet pickle relish. And Miracle Whip instead of mayo gives it that extra kick...... Thanks for submitting. It brings back fond memories.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

If you going to boil veggies and chicken. I would suggest boiling them in homemade chicken broth. My preferred method is to sauté the chicken and add the veggies slightly before the chicken is done.. Heat the broth until boiling then add the roux then add the sauce to the chicken and veggie mixture. Still nice recipe. Thanks for the frozen crust advice ... Good time saver

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

What a wonderful surprise. This has been a family favorite for years This is the exact recipe I learned in Grandma's kitchen over 40 years ago. My mom made one adjustment. She prefers Miracle Whip instead of mayo. Thanks for the memories

Dark Chocolate Cake II

I have always had a weakness for a good dark chocolate cake. This one takes the cake!!! It came out perfect each time I made it. I used Ghiradelli dark cocoa and it was great. Topped it with a white chocolate ganache. with dark chocolate shaving and I've been getting request for more ever since. It is by far the easiest and best tasting dark chocolate cake I've ever used. Thanks a million
