Bread Pudding II

Someone suggested subbing raisin bread for regular old bread and it was really good. I did feel like something was missing without the liquor that needed replacing.

Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup

I followed the recipe; it is great as is. The amount of dill was perfect. I would love to make this for my mother but she is gluten-free. I wonder if anyone has tried this recipe with gluten-free flour?
