Cranberry Kuchen

At first I wanted to half this recipe, but I'm glad I didn't because it is so good. Only change I made was to add a little almond flavoring to the cranberry sauce. Hmm hmmm good.

Lentil Soup III

First time I've ever tried lentils . . . I loved this soup!!! I can't believe how easy it was too. Made it two days ago and have already shared the recipe with friends. I cooked up some breakfast sausage links and ate along side. Went well together.

Butternut Squash Soup

I took the advice of others and only used 1/2 of the amount of cream cheese recommended and roasted my squash in the oven. Was wonderful!

Frosted Banana Bars

Simple recipe, but the results are delicious. Our whole family loves them. First time I made them as directed in a 10x15 pan, but after that I made them in two 8x8 pans.

VERY good! Just plan for a little bit of time -- with 3 risings you have to be patient. Also, the size biscut cutter you should use to get the suggested servings (5 dozen) is a 1-1/2".
