About this Cook
I love to cook because I love to eat! I love trying new things, don't all cooks? I am 12 and I plan dinner 2 times a week and breakfast 1 time a week. I help my mom in the kitchen alot thru the week too! The first meal I planned was very weird, I made these Orange Pork things and added too much orange juice, but the potatoes I made were good- I loooooove potatoes!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook potatoes (just don't like cutting them!)and I like to cook with groud meat and boneless skinless chicken breast. I like to cook skillet recipes the most- but sometimes the crockpot is the fastest way to throw something together on a day when you are going to be busy!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I like to cook with my mom and grandma because they have very funny cooking memories. We make pigs in the blanket (cabbage rolls, the real polish way! we also have a secret recipe and i have not tasted a roll better than ours!)We also make fruit filled cookies for christmas along with peirogie(sourkruot is the BEST!)We have that on cristmas eve because it is a polish tradition and there is no better food in the world (exept potatoes!!!) We cook everything very autentic!
My cooking triumphs
I haven't had very many cooking triumphs yet- but i'm sure i will!!!!!
My cooking tragedies
I made this Bacon Tomato Spinach salad- everyone loved it!

Muffin Morning Makers
This was very good, but I used only 3 onions and next time I will chop them VERY small. The eggs were hard to turn over, but I cut it into two pieces with the spachela and it tuned out OK. I also put some salt and pepper in the eggs and used preshaped patties and put a slice of cheese on top and put it in the mic for20 seconds.
