Classy Green Bean Casserole

Yummy! I like this better than the recipe on the french-fried onion can, which I always found too "soupy". I liked the flavor of the butter and the crackers. This is a keeper.

Beefy Corn Bread Casserole

I liked it. I did add some taco seasoning and a drained can of hot Rotel tomatoes (left out the chopped japs) to the meat as it was browning. I think next time I will put more cheese on top of the meat and less on the top.

Toasted Strawberry-Cream Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches

What a great recipe! I made this for a bridal brunch we had for work and everyone loved it. It was something different from the usual fare of eggs and meat. It was very refreshing. The previous poster was correct about watching closely as it's toasting. I did the prep work the night before. I did marinate in red sparkling grape juice instead of champagne and it was tasty. Let mixture come to room temp before spreading if prepared night before.

Pepper Jelly Glazed Chicken

I needed something easy that I already had all the ingredients for. This was it. It was very good, my family liked it a lot. I did add a little Tabasco, we like spicy! We also ate the sauce on rice. I glazed it often so the meat was more red than in the picture. I doubled the recipe and cooked 6 big breasts.

Coconut Cake I

This was a good cake, but very sweet. I think I will half the filling next time and only cut into 2 layer, I did 3 and the cake was too thin. I also did not toast the coconut on the outside. We liked this cake.

Cornbread Dressing II

This recipe was great. I had to cook the Thanksgiving cornbread dressing for the first time in 20 years (my mother-in-law always did it) and had no idea how to. This was easy to make and tasted great although I did leave out the mushrooms because my husband and son do not like them. I will make this every year for Thanksgiving.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

This was very easy to make for someone like me who doesn't cook much. I think I would like it better though with 1/2 the amount of cheese mixture. My husband ate 2 chops and liked it very much (he is an AWESOME cook and doesn't eat anything that doesn't taste great). Nice recipe.

Cream Of Garlic Soup

I have been looking for a garlic soup recipe that tasted like some I had in New Orleans. This was it. It was not difficult to make and tasted heavenly. Not too strong but that depends on what type of garlic you use. My family and coworkers loved it. The extra time it takes to make this soup is worth it.
