Florentine Artichoke Dip

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Easy and VERY GOOD! I did make a couple of changes.Used chicken broth instead of water,added pepper,bay leaf,carrots and celery. Dumplings came out great.These are dumplings not biscuits!I think some reviewers don't know what dumplins are. Has become a winter favorite.

Cumin-Coriander Pork Rub

I have never been the 1st to try a recipe. I am always waiting for others.. I am soooo glad I did not pass this one up. DELICIOUS!!!!!!! Followed recipe and generously put on country ribs. I added some fresh lime juice and a little olive oil. I did marinated overnite and then put it on the grill. Thank you for sharing!!!!!!!

Ground Beef Curly Noodle

My husband I loved this quick recipe.I doubled the abount of noodles and I also used 1 can of rotel tomatoes and 1 can diced, I also used the mexi corn. My 4 year old and 2 did not like because it was too spicy. Next time i will leave the rotel out for them. However;If your kids like a little spice leave it in. Thanks

Cottage Meatloaf

This is my families favorite comfort food! I have a 2 and 4 yr old and they both love it. I have made this for years now,but I have made changes.I do not add red pepper.I use V8 and I double the glaze. Serve with mash potatoes and broccoli.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

My family loves this. I did add potatoes and celery with the onions. Added carrots to broth instead of water so i did not have to drain.I doubled sauce. Added corn.I also put everything in a 9X13 pyrex and put crust on top. Awesome!

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

I THOUGHT THIS WAS GREAT.SO DID MY HUSBAND AND 2 KIDS AGES 2 AND 4. MY 4 YEAR OLD IS VERY PICKY! I HAD TO TAKE THE LEAVES AND STUFF OF HIS AFTER COOKING. I THOUGHT IT HAD GREAT FLAVOR BUT I USED A LOT MORE GARLIC AND BASIL. I USED A LITTLE MORE TOMATOE. THANKS!

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

This was the best beef dish I ever had. I did not feel the sauce was hard to make either.I actually thought the dish was rather easy to prepare. I can't wait to have company so I can serve this dish.I made this dish with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. THE BEST!!!

Spaghetti Squash I

This was soooo good. Even better the next day. Now one of my favorites!!!I added extra garlic and feta. I first placed in microwave till soft so it was easy to cut in half. Drizzled with olive oil and peeper and finished in oven.YUMMY!!!!
