Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2005
This chicken looked so good. I used half the amount of butter. Which I am glad I did or it would have been too greasy! I also baked at 400 for an hour. Very moist. However; it was not for us. I will try it again with wings and add lots of garlic and put in the slow cooker.I used a 8 by 12 pyrex and the clean uop was easy. I love pyrex!
