Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes
LOVED IT!!!! I used potatoes and carrots added salt and pepper and I did add just a touch of the maple syrup. DELISH! Even the kids loved it - which is not always the case. Thank you Debi!

Easy Pork Chop Casserole
Thank you for all the great advice. I actually had 8 thin chops that I seasoned and seared and placed in a large pan. I then used 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup and added water to them - not milk - in a pot (I actually added an extra 1/2 can of water because of the rice). I warmed it up just to get rid of chunks than added chopped carrots, dried shitake mushrooms, and 1.5 cups of long grain white rice and added butter. I just stirred it for a second then poured it over the chops into the pan. Covered with foil and baked at 350 for 50mins. It was so good! The rice turned out so yummy and the meat was great! What a great one pan meal that gives you time to play, talk, do homework with your kids when they are home from school.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Thanks to a few reviewers which helped me make this an awesome dish. I gave 5 stars because of how quick and yummy it is. I used equal parts honey and dijon and did add more chili's (to mine and dh). I marinaded it while it was thawing in the sink in the ziploc for approx 6 hours. Used a grill pan to sear it on high heat until it was all brown (approx 5 mins). Remaining marinade I boiled and reduced and added white wine (as was suggested). After searing I put in a roast pan in oven at 400 with some marinade/sauce (just a little) and added some water. Cooked for 15 mins uncovered. Took out and tented with foil for another 5mins. I cut medalions and poured some sauce on top. So tender and yummy! Perfectly done! Dh loved it!....so did the kids! No leftovers. Definitely a new recipe for the rotation. Thanks for all the tips!
