Roasted Red Pepper Soup

I roast my own red peppers in the oven, for the mushrooms I use baby bellas and I always use fresh herbs rather than dried, really gives it some extra flavor!!

I am surprised the recipe or no one has mentioned the lack of sumac!Although I haven't made the recipe tonight I will this weekend and will report back how this recipe does with a little added sumac.
