Scott's Coast-to-Coast Famous Chicken Wings

I learned to make wings the same way from a friend who ran a catering business. I do used minced garlic instead of garlic powder, but the recipe is the same otherwise. This concoction is a little piece of heaven paired with chunky bleu cheese dressing. As they say, you can't have just one! Delicious!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

I am not a "gourmet" cook and I am not talented enough to experiment and come up with something worthy of a 5 star restaurant; however, I do enjoy a good, hearty, easy, crowd pleasing recipe such as this one. I followed it to the letter and thought it was the best chili I've had in a very long time. If you want to compete in the nationals for technique, artisitc flair and worldwide notoriety, then you are visiting the wrong site. I loved this recipe because its down-home, easy cooking and it was soooooo delicious. Some of the best professional chefs I know live by simplicity = perfection. Deb...thanks so much for sharing. One of the best recipes I've tried on here. I will be making again and again and again!!!!

Stuffed Peppers My Way

I really like this recipe. This is the 3rd time I've made these. Only difference is I've added 1/2 lb italian sausage for a nice little kick. They are delicious. The smell of sweet roasted bell peppers lingers in the house so the next morning I can say "YUMMMMM!" all over again! I don't use green peppers because of the higher acid (I just can't cultivate a liking for them) but I use red, orange and yellow bell peppers and they seem to work out just FINE.

Cream Cheesy Cubed Zucchini with Lemon and Oregano

I never knew zucchini could taste this wonderful! VERY impressed with this recipe. You can use FF cream cheese if you like, but the combination of flavors is wonderful, nonetheless. We will def be making this again and again!

Amazing Butternut Squash

This was outstanding. I'm not sure I really have ever had butternut squash before, so it was mostly an experiment and a very delicious one at that! I was surpised how much flavor this dish has. My husband and I ate it ALL. A+

Chef John's Baked Eggs

Outstanding! Loved the kick and the unexpected yumminess of the marinara mixed with the eggs and cheese. I will definitely be making this one again. Props to Chef John!
