Good flavor, but I was wanting a frosting that is a little creamier. This got very stiff and I kept adding a little bit of milk to try to thin it out and it never really helped. I enjoyed the flavor, just wasn't the texture that I wanted.

Armenian Rice Pilaf

Quite tasty! I added fresh garlic, minced onion and mrs. dash seasoning. I scaled it down to 2 servings and it made a HUGE amount.

Peanut Butter and Cream Brownies

Absolutely delicious! Simple to make. Only thing I did have to invest in was the springform pan, since I didn't have one. Topped mine with mini chocolate chips. Yum Yum Yum!

Chicken and Bowtie Pasta with Asiago Cream Sauce

Just had this for dinner tonight and thought it had good flavor. I reduced the amount of pasta a bit. Used fat free half & half instead of the cream. The sauce was thin I think because of that. I think it could use more mushrooms and prosciutto then it calls for. Also I like the idea of peas that others have added. I will make this again, but tweek it a little for my taste.

Spaghetti Sauce Mix

Makes a very tastey sauce. I couldn't find the sweet pepper flakes, but did find a sweet pepper and garlic spice blend. When I'm browning the meat I also add fresh garlic, onion and mushrooms. Later add in some red wine. I prefer to use tomato sauce so I just decreased the water.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

This was pretty good. I did as others had suggested, used milk and cornstarch instead of heavy cream. But the sauce was still pretty thin. It had good flavor, but I'm going to have to tweak it a little to suit my taste.

Pesto Chicken Florentine

This has great flavor. I didn't have any spinach, so made it with just the chicken and pasta. Also used jar of Classico Alfredo instead of using packaged. Super easy to make and quite yummy. Thanks!

Vanilla and Chocolate Delight

Very delicious. It was a big hit at work. The only thing I had a problem with was the crust. It came out really crumbly. I didn't even bake it as long as recommended, only 20 mins, and it came out really dark brown. Next time I might bake it a little less. But overall very tasty. Thanks!

Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

These were pretty good. I was afraid they would be crispy because of the amount of oats and toffe bits, but they weren't. Mine took the entire 18 mins to bake & had to let them cool a bit on the sheets before moving them to racks.

Pecan Filled Cookies

I really enjoyed these cookies. My dough came out very crumbly so I was a little concerned. Couldn't really "roll" them into balls, I kind of pressed them into balls. But they baked up just fine. I liked the filling and to me they didn't taste too sweet. Thanks for a cookie recipe that's out-of-the-ordinary and great tasting :)
