This is a great, simple and delicious recipe! Thank you so much for sharing! There are only a couple of things I did differently, per my taste... I used 2 cups of peanut butter and 5 cups of powdered sugar, they are very very sweet!
You MUST dip the balls in the chocolate while the chocolate is still HOT and the balls still COLD, otherwise it does not stick properly together. I kept my peanut butter balls in the freezer and would take one out at a time dip it, and then put them right in the fridge. That way they don't get warm. This worked out great.
