Homemade Sweet Italian Sausage (Mild or Hot)

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2014
This was the best Italian sausage ever. The only thing we didn't have was the fennel. I put it in some baked zit-ti and it made the dish! Thanks for the delicious receipt.

It is a great vegan recipe! My family loved it and we will diffently eat again. Since it is my second time cooking it I added a can of tomatoes just to see try it. It is delicious both ways!

Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2013
Very good recipe! While making this recipe I accidently mixed it up with the recipe for enchilade sauce, also found here, and added 1 table spoon of Cumin, onion powder and garlic. It was delicious! Since I have never made it as posted I am giving it a 5 because we loved it any way.

Vegan Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2013
This is a good recipe but it is not vegan. I changed the flour to whole wheat, used raw sugar and added a 1/4 cup of apple sauce. It was still pretty thick so I added a 1/4 cup soy milk. I doubled the recipes as we have a big family. They where wonderful and even the non vegan members of the family loved them.

Pineapple Beets

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2012
I just could not believe it! This is very similary to a dish my mother used to make. My sister and I have tried to make but could never get it quite right. This is so close that I believe it might be the original. Thanks we loved it.

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
These were the best baby back ribs we have ever had! My husband does not like them but he loved these. They where so tender. I put Jim Goode's BBQ Beef Rub all over the ribs and left them in the refrig over night. I wrapped them aluminum foil sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Then I cooked them in the oven at 225 degrees for 4 hours. After that I spread BBQ sauce all over them and cooked them on the grill for about 10 minutes to give them the saucy restaurant look. They were so good, they were falling off the bone good and tender. We loved them I will deffinately make these again.

Jim Goode's BBQ Beef Rub

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
This is sooo good. I used it on baby back ribs and it was delicious. I put the rub on the ribs and put them in the refrig over night. The next day I wrapped them in foil and baked them for 4 hours at 225 degrees. Then I took them out and put BBQ sauce all over them and cook them on a medium quill for about 10 minutes, to give them that saucy appearance like in the restaurant. My husband does not like baby back ribs but he loved these. My whole family loved them. I will definately make these again.

Coconut Cake III

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
This cake is amazing!! I made exactly as listed the first time and the next time I used pecans instead of walnuts. Both were simple wonderful. I make it every year for Christmas and for my mother-in-laws birthday. It is her favorite cake.
