Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles
The Ricotta is a weird addition to this dish, didn't add much except in grainy consistency, and that I'd rather not have. Stick to just parmesan and I think it would be better. Also, a cup and a half of butter?!? I used less than half that and I still found it too buttery.
