Quick and Easy Brownies

Very yummy. I reduced flour by 2 tablespoons as other reviewers suggested. These were great! As a general rule we prefer more fudgy style but these were a huge hit, easy to make, and I usually have all of these ingredients on hand. I did sprinkle top with powdered sugar but mostly for looks. Will make again and use this as base recipe to play around with. Thanks!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Love it :) Super easy, this is our go-to cookie recipe. My 2 yr old helps me. So we are never 100% exact on the measurements but they still turn out AWESOME. CHANGES: we don't use nuts, I use about half of the salt it calls for. The first time I followed the recipe exactly (except the nuts) and the cookies were really good but after 2 or so I realized they were WAAAAAY too salty. (I do use UNSALTED butter in my baking, but they were just too too salty the way its written).

Quick Yeast Rolls

These were great :) The first time I made them I followed recipe exactly, except I added more flour (I am new to bread making and mistakingly thought this dough should be kneadable). Anyway they turned out smooth and yummy, but a bit dense. After reading reviews I see that I should not have added the extra flour after all. I am excited to do these again :) THANK YOU for such an easy recipe, love it!

Southern Grits Casserole

After several years of my mediocre breakfast casserole, I tried this recipe and FINALLY have a go-to recipe that everyone loves :) The first time I made it, I accidentally forgot to lightly scramble the eggs (just poured it in with the grits right before transferring to pan). It was AWESOME. The next time I did the scrambling step and was surprised I didn't like the texture as well. So I plan to always skip the scrambling step. Also, I think sharp cheddar goes great in this recipe. The second time I used wahtever cheese was on hand (no sharp) and I could tell the flavor was a little different (but still really good!). Love love love this :)
