Peanut Blossoms II
Making my second batch of the season tonight. These are a classic Christmas cookie at our house and always requested by folks outside the family as well. It's too bad that STEPH rated them with only one star. I don't think it was the cookie that was to blame, but the eating of the entire batch in one sitting. Guess they were good enough at the time! Anyway, make a double will love them.

Hot Chicken Salad Casserole
My husband is NOT a casserole man...BUT, when he had this his response was, "What was that casserole? That was really good!" 21 yo daughter said the same thing (but picked out the mushrooms) ;) Made it again and again and have had ladies asking for the recipe. This is great for a church fellowship dinner- pot luck style. I used more onions and chopped them rather than grated them. Great flavor. Also, used buttered bread crumbs for the topping (didn't have chips on hand). This is a hit that we will use over and over.

Baked French Toast
Love this dish!! I make this over and over. We have used it for men's breakfast at church and company. I make a slight variation. I like REAL maple syrup so instead of the brown sugar and corn syrup, melt real maple syrup with the butter. Always a hit!!! I'd give it ten stars if I could!
