I wanted to make a dessert for items I had on hand and found this recipe. I used 1 1/4 cup of sugar instead of 1 1/2....probably even a little less than that. They turned out great. My family ate them all with or without frosting. I already had some frosting so I didn't make the one from the recipe. I also made sure to use ripe bananas and it really had a nice banana flavor.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I loved these, they turned out great. I followed the receipe. I was a little worried at first once I added the liquid ingredients to the flour. It really did have a paste-like texture. I thought I didn't add enough flour but I didn't change anything. I'm glad I didn't because they came out great. The only thing is that 2 people thought they were too sweet for them but I didn't think so. Next time I'll cut a little of the sugar to see how they come out. Definitely a keeper!

Banana Muffins II

I followed the recipe and added a dash of vanilla extract and nutmeg because I read some of the other reviews. I gave some to my family and they all liked it. I have to say I was rather impressed that I actually made these. They were great!
