MegKat, I created this account bc of you! Thanks for this recipe. I don't even remember how I found this site, but here I am! I'm trying to become vegan, and it's a welcomed challenge :). I read a lot of the customer reviews and: used less cayenne, diced fresh tomatoes instead, and kept the rest the same. I and my friend, loved it! Many thanks.
