Excellent. The only thing I added was I also seasoned with Tony's. (I season almost everything with it) I did put the onion & bell pepper in at the begining and they were very cooked down with no crunch to them and that is just the way I like it. I will be making this recipe again. Delicious & Easy.

Pretzel Turtles

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Awesome recipe. Beef broth was used instead of water. I cooked it all day while I was at work; total cook time was 12 hours on low. Made with potatoes and carrots. The meat was very tender and the gravy was delicious. I will be using this recipe again.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

This was my first attempt at making peanut brittle. As suggested by others I used a 4-cup glass measuring cup which made making this even easier. Turned out very good. I will be making this again.

No Bake Cookies V

No on in my family liked these cookies. I liked the ease of making just wish they would have been eaten. The biggest complaint was that it was too peanut buttery.

Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

This chicken salad is excellent. I made it for a potluck luncheon at work and everyone loved it. I did add a little more apples and grapes. Just a personal preference. I will make this again.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Good recipe. I thougth I had taco sause in the pantry but turned out it was enchillada sause so I used that. Still turned out great. Before serving I topped with Caso, lettuce & tomatoe. Nice and crunchy right out of the oven. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

French Onion Soup V

Great French Onion Soup recipe. I only used 3 large onions instead of 4. Also, I didn't use any wine (didn't have any) put 2 tbsp. of Worchestire instead. Turned out wonderful. I will be making this again. Thanks!

Mexican Lasagna

Great recipe. Made it last night and everyone loved it and wants it to be made again. Very easy to make so it is no problem coming in from a day of work and making it. I did use a can of Rotel tomatoes instead and also added some refried beens and extra cheese. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Great recipe. I used jar garlic instead of cloves. Hate to say it but put too much. My son told me to leave the garlic out completely next time. Other than my mistake on this recipe it was great. Will make it again!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
