Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

You have to use 3/4 cup of bread crumbs at least to get it the right consistency. I formed mine into balls and then smashed them into patties on a stick proof mat and threw them in the freezer. Left them there until frozen and then cooked on the grill straight with no crumbling. I liked it better than the beef burger.

Cream of Pumpkin Soup

Delicious! I made it from all of the comments listed below including 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
