Sunday Best Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2013
I rate this recipe 5-stars. I carried this to our Sunday School breakfast for 15 and it was a "hit". Many questions of the secret ingredient. I only made recipe for 8 and added 2-cups each of fresh blueberries and sliced red grapes. Refrigerated all ingredients overnight except peach pie filling. Added this Sunday morning. Absolutely beautiful. After reading comments I did add the vanilla flavoring and cinnamon to pie filling. Recipe for 8 with my additions was ample with some leftover. I will use this recipe whenever a fruit salad is needed!!!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies II

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2012
I have made these for the second time and my husband says they get better each time. Since I love to experiment, I have made only minor additions. I add few extra nuts and chips. Also leave in frig about 1-hour. Also add 1-tsp. almond flavoring. My oven requires about 15-minutes. These cookies will be added as one of "our" favorites. Thanks again for a "winner" "Tough 'Ole Lady"

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2012
I have just taken 2nd pan from the oven. My husband had to have 4 cookies while they were still very hot. I mixed recipe and baked 16-minutes with only one suggestion from other reviews. I chilled dough about 45-minutes before baking. This is a winner for my favorites. Thanks for posting.

Best Peach Cobbler Ever

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
I have looked for years for the perfect cobbler recipe and believe me this is it!!! Must confess I read many of the reviews before trying; making few changes. Added more peaches; substituted 1/2 cup juice for water. I love spices so added 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Mixed spices with cornstarch and heated on low to thicken. Eliminated salt in batter and added 1-tsp. vanilla. Reduced size of pan to 8"x11" glass and baked for 45-minutes. Allowed it to set for 1-hour before serving. I have just tried a small dish before serving my husband. It is absolutely "out of this world". Will never look further for cobbler recipe. Thanks ever so much.
