Easy cooking. Just make sure you watch it carefully or it will burn quickly.

Dumplings

Wonderfully simple and flexable! You can make them plan or add any combination of spices to suit your stew or soup. I make them sometimes in chicken broth as a side dish. Thank you so much for this great recipe!

Touchdown Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2012
I made this chili twice both times a hit. Two suggestions. If you are going to do it in the slow cooker use tomato paste instead of sauce (too much liquid) and I thought it was a bit sweet. The second time I made it I started at 1tbsp. and taste tested it from there. Also I left out the hot sauce because my kids, 1yr and 2yrs, don't like hot food. Awesome, yummy and filling ^_^

Oil Pie Crust

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2012
I love this crust! It is simple and works well. I have made it a few times now and love it everytime. I do recommend sifting the flour then measuring it. If it is it to dry (which happened to me) I broke it up and put it in my food proccessor, pusled till in small pieces, add small amounts of oil till moist the let it relax again. Perfect!

DELICIOUS!!!! So good and easy to make. I left out the celery(didn't have) and added sweet potatoes(needed to use them). Best creamy potato soup I have ever tried. Thanks!!

Santa's Favorite Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2011
I only made the icing for my son's first birthday party but it was AMAZING!! Everyone loved the icing. I made chocolate cupcakes and to me together they tasted like Andes mints :) I did have to add a small amount of milk to get the cream cheese and milk to blend but other wise perfect.

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2011
This was SUPER yummy!! Made mine a little different. used Philly's cooking creme instead of plain cheese and ranch mix. I also added some onions and turkey bacon. ^_^ Great as a quick dinner too. Add a salad on the side and *kiss* perfect!
