Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Followed the recipe exactly, but doubled the amount of everything for the sauce and used breasts instead of thighs. So, so good. Put about half of the sauce on the chicken, baked for 10 minutes, then drizzled some more on, baked for 10 more minutes, added a bit more and left them in the oven til they were done. Had some sauce left over. My husband said it was the best thing I've ever made...and I had to agree. :)

Mandi's Cheesy Potato Soup
This was really good. As written, a 4-star rating. I added half of a beef bouillon cube to the water, and had half a zucchini that needed to be used, so I threw that in as well. Plus a bit extra of the carrots and celery (a whole celery stalk, and two medium carrots). Left the skin on the potatoes, too. Super, super delicious. Oh, and I didn't have any pre-made steak seasoning, so I found a recipe which called for hot pepper flakes, dill, coriander, peppercorn, and garlic powder, all of which I chucked in liberally. Got raaaave reviews.

Pumpkin Pie I
This was my first attempt at pumpkin pie, and I was so happy with how it came out. It was delicious! As has been noted by other reviewers, the baking time is a bit off--after turning the heat down, I baked it for just over an hour--but otherwise it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't have corn syrup and just used honey instead, and it tasted exactly the way a pumpkin pie should taste! No need to search for a different recipe.
