Feta Stuffed Jalapenos

Reviewed: May 21, 2012
Awesome! I used big green jalapenos and had to increase the amount of cheese, but the ratio of cream cheese and feta was good for my tastes. I upped the amount of vinegar and was glad I did. I also let the peppers marinate in the oil and vinegar while chilling. I think that melded the flavour more.

Tasty Tuna Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
Pretty darn good! Maybe a little too much chili sauce? I did this recipe mostly as per directions -- only thing different was that I used regular homemade bread crumbs and added about 1/4 tap dried oregano.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2009
So so... they were a little too cakey, not enough peanut butter, and way too much vanilla (even with only 1 tsp). I was looking for something more like a chewy chocolate chip cookie.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2006
Not too bad... the bacon taste is pretty strong, but in my opinion it needs more flavour inside. Next time I'll listen to the reviewers and add some lemon, and maybe substitute some of the mayo with cream cheese or sour cream.

Tangy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2006
I'm sorry that I have to do this to the author M. DuChareau, but this was awful chicken. When my wife read the ingredients out, I thought it sounded very strange, as so much worcester sauce was weird, especially on chicken of all things. But we decided to give it a go. We lessened the lemon as per the recommendations in the reviews. The end result - I found it edible, but my wife did not. She had one bite and that was it. I made it a bit better by adding a lot of pepper, but it still wasn't good.

Chilled Russian Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2005
Yummy! Perfect the way it is. Has a nice bite to it. A little less chili sauce or horseradish would make it taste like your regular store-bought russian dressing.

Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2005
Pretty tasty! I was quite skeptical, but it turned out good. I'm not a huge fan of rice wine vinegar, so I used a little less and added a little more lemon juice.

Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Zucchini

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2005
Very tasty! I'm sure this is the best of the stuffed Zuc recipes on here. Instead of Colby, cottage, and italian cheeses, I used about 1.5 cups of mozza and 1.5 cups of cheddar, and a few tablespoons of parmesan. Turned out perfectly.

Ranch Dressing I

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2004
This wis good, but I wouldn't call it ranch. More like a dilly dip. Use half the dill and a bit more oregano. Also, I'd say there's too much garlic, so I'd do half and then add the same amount onion powder, or some more chives.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2004
Very yummy! Used only a pound of turkey, but kept the other ingredients almost the same. One time I had some feta cheese on the fridge, so I threw that in with some oregano and a dash of lemon juice for yummy greek-flavoured patties.
