Feta Stuffed Jalapenos
Awesome! I used big green jalapenos and had to increase the amount of cheese, but the ratio of cream cheese and feta was good for my tastes. I upped the amount of vinegar and was glad I did. I also let the peppers marinate in the oil and vinegar while chilling. I think that melded the flavour more.

Tasty Tuna Burgers
Pretty darn good! Maybe a little too much chili sauce? I did this recipe mostly as per directions -- only thing different was that I used regular homemade bread crumbs and added about 1/4 tap dried oregano.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
So so... they were a little too cakey, not enough peanut butter, and way too much vanilla (even with only 1 tsp). I was looking for something more like a chewy chocolate chip cookie.
