Great recipe. I now make this periodically, wasn't bad with Gorgonzola either!

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2012
Hello. My first review. Pretty good soup. I added a few things. 1st- I added green peppers chopped fine to add crunch to the mush broccoli (which is fine). I added a Veg. Cube of Bullion to add to the veggie flavor. About 1/4 cup of Sauerkraut to add consistency, and lots of chopped bacon for color. Also added 1/4 cubed pepper jack cheese for extra flavor. Wife loved it! Oh, and used WAY less cornstarch,3 tbls.

Glazed Corned Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
Mixed this recipe with the Corned Beef and Cabbage recipe by Laria Tabul to make a dinner that I will never forget. I left out the white vinegar by mistake and it was still perfect. I just happened to have some horseradish mustard in the fridge...mmmm... the corned beef I kept in the oven or about 45 minutes to make sure it glazed over perfectly, and also to let it cook down to perfection. Nice recipe, thanks!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2012
Incredible. I used oats as well, froze them for a few hours, and broiled them in my toaster oven atop aluminum foil. Just for the record, if they begin to thaw and loose shape don't give up on em' they are incredible. GRRRREAT recipe!
