Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Yes this is very good. Made mine with Louisiana smoked sausage and finished it with green onions,to serve it like we do down here. Will try it with bacon next time ( saute the bacon before adding it and then use some of the fat in the white sauce). The white sauce is the key here and really very easy. I added some Italian cheese blend to the white sauce and let it melt before putting it in the soup, a few tablespoons of that. Was great.

Honey Glazed Ham
This glaze IS fantastic. Had a five pound ham and made half the glaze using the brown sugar and a little powdered cloves. Everyone raved and it is soooo easy. When frying up leftover ham for a sandwich, the flavor is unbeatable and no exotic ingredients needed. So happy to find this, definitely compares well to an expensive honey glazed ham. Those things have become unaffordable to most folks. I am better off than most and I wince at the cost of those things.Family loved it.

Great Green Salad
Great dressing, great components. But not altogether. I feel the Dijon mustard is the deal breaker . Really overpowers the lovely avocado, almonds, feta.but I was really attracted to the idea of the avocado in the dressing with all the greens. I will develop a tequila lime vinaigrette for this, sweet with a little tang, maybe eliminate the feta. Still working on it.
