Cheesy Sweet and Savory Spuds

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2003
This recipe was delicious! I thought 2 teaspoons of pepper would be a lot, so I only used one. Next time I'll use only 1/2 tsp., and that will be very soon! Thanks for the great recipe, Kat.

Carrot Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2003
DELICIOUS!!! I can't get my kids to like veggies but they loved this. I did use 1/2 cup of sugar and baked twice as long. This is also going to be served as a dessert. Thanks for the great recipe, Paula.

Chai Tea Mix

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2003
Delicious! I've been trying to make chai at home and never could get it right, until now. I left out the cardamom(very expensive)and vanilla powdered creamer. To substitute, I add a little vanilla flavored liquid non-fat non-dairy creamer in the cup. This also brings it to just the right temperature for drinking right away.

Pan Sauce Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2003
Great chicken recipe. My husband is not a big fan of chicken but he ended up bringing the leftovers of this to work the next day. And he rarely brings lunch to work. I pounded the chicken before cooking and seasoning, then simmered about 10 minutes. Thanks Lara.

Light and Spicy Fish

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2004
This recipe was great. I made it in a foil bag and put it on the grill. I also made a veggie foil bag, threw them both on the grill together. Twenty minutes later my dinner was done, tasted fabulous, and I just had to throw out the bags and the dinner mess was clean! Hubby loved it, too!

Easy Spicy Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
Excellent! Have made these several times at the request of my hubby. I have yet to use the cheese on top. We think they are perfect without it, so why add more calories? I always use Yukons because that's what I always have on hand. I put all of the seasonings in the oil, mix it, then put potatoes, onions and seasoned oil in a large covered bowl and shake them around to completely coat. Dump them on a foil lined cookie sheet, put them in the oven and 30 minutes later, YUM! Thanks Yolanda!

Mahi Mahi Ginger Glazed

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2011
Delicious! I used a zip-loc bag to mix the marinade and hold the fish. I also did one bag with pounded chicken breast for the kids. I added 3T. of Trop50 OJ for sweetness. Cooked them both on my new panini/griller and they came out perfect. Husband and picky kids enjoyed. Thank you.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2013
This was delicious. I thawed my breasts and seared them on the grill for a couple minutes on each side then put them in the slow cooker on low and waited for them to turn into mouth watering pulled chicken barbecue. YUM!
