Rhubarb Cake I

I am eating this cake right now, and it's wonderful! I read previous reviews and added extra rhubarb, I had about 4 cups already chopped so I used it all. The taste is fantastic, not too sweet and every bite has a zip of rhubarb. The only minor problem with adding so much extra rhubarb is that the cake is more likely to fall apart when cutting it into squares. I personally dont have a problem with that!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Yum! These cookies came out amazingly, I thought they would be a bit 'fluffier' as mine fell quite flat but they stayed chewy and had the perfect amount of spices. Definite keeper!

Soft Christmas Cookies

Delicious soft cookies! I followed others and only added 3 cups of flour and used about 1/2 a cup more when rolling it out. I also baked at 350 for 8-10 minutes! Will use this recipe again!
