Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
Seriously the best way to cook bone in country style ribs. Too cold to grill, so we took care of business on the broiler. I didn't make my own sauce this time, but honestly it is the cooking method that makes these!

Rice & Beans (Haitian Style)
I don't often feel compelled to write a recipe review, but this was stellar and likely to be a frequent side dish. I did not have scotch bonnet, but I didn't look for a recipe until after I had shopped. I know it is crazy hot though, so would just tone it to my audience if I didn't want to use it. As it was, I use the cayenne pepper that I had on hand. Wonderful! Makes a ton, and could have cut in half for the 2 of us, easily.

Baked Dijon Salmon
We thought this came out great! Much better than the Maple one that has tons of ratings. My only caveat would be that if you have fresh thick salmon steaks, count on much longer cooking time. And by fresh, I mean, caught by my husband. The thickness was around 1 inch in the middle and at minimum took 25 minutes. So pay close attention to the "until flakes easily with fork" rather than the time of 12-15 minutes.
