Rich Turkey Gravy
I used 2 cups of turkey drippings, as I had lots. I did use 1/4 cup of the flour, plus another 1/8 cup. I added 1 tsp. of knorr chicken bouillon, that was it. When you add the flour with the drippings make sure it is not to hot or it will clump. Just whisk it together as mentioned. I did not wait for my gravy to turn brown just had it simmer, while mixing. It did thicken quite well, and was brown from the get go due to the merlot I guess.I made a very tasty turkey thus the gravy recipe was perfect. I brined my turkey for 12 hours then used a whole bottle of Merlot during the entire baking time, I even injected the legs and breast meat with the wine.

Easter Breakfast Casserole
My family loves this recipe! I too added hash browns as a bottom layer. I used Trader Joes brand, my 13x8 dish needed 8. I baked them first only to make sure there was a crunch to them. I also used costco brand sweet Italian pork sausages 6 links (1 1/2 lbs.) which I pan fried then diced up. I used 2 to 3 cups mild cheddar, 4 whole green onions chopped, 1 1/2 chopped green bell peppers, I didn't pan fry them I just added to the egg mixture. The bell pepper had a little crunch to it which I liked. I added 1 cup of half & half to 14 eggs mixed it up then added all the ingredients in a separate bowl before pouring it over the layer of hash browns. I didn't add any other spices I found that the onions and the sweet Italian sausage made it very flavorful to my family. It is very time consuming, so plan wisely.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies
I have made this 4 times and have followed tmiller676 advice and doubled it, plus I use real butter, and just like food whiz suggests I fold the ingredients with a fork, bake at 350 for 35 mins is the perfect setting every time. I bake mine in a ceramic 12x9" pan. When I am done mixing it it needs to be spread around with a spatula as it has a very thick consistencies. The last time I made it I added semi sweet chips, it did stay in 40 mins. accidentally but was still awesome. My kids love it, I think it taste best when it s still warm. Last I wanted to give my review 5 stars but the system won't let me, it kept rejecting my review it only took with a 4 star!
