French Pastry Pie Crust
The best pie crust ever. EVER. The only problem I had was handling it. Eventually it turned out perfect, but be careful and don't get frustrated.

Ornament Dough
The dough was perfect... But make sure you roll it out thinly and bake under 300. Check them often, flip them often. It took my about an hour for the first batch, and less after I rolled them thinner. They do puff up, but it isn't a big deal. They keep their shape.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
I let them sit in the fridge for a while and they turned out perfectly. I cut them short and made about 12 normal size biscuits. And to the people who say "Adding sugar to a biscuit makes it a scone"- It doesn't. Adding CREAM to a biscuit makes it a scone. Without sugar this recipe would be too salty.
