Buffalo Chicken Dip
I haven't made this particular recipe, but I can say that using fresh chicken breast is a MUST, I usually fry some up in a pan in a small amount of butter and then cut it up when it's JUST done (it will bake for 30 minutes, you don't want dry chicken). I also use buffalo wing sauce, Chef John's Buffalo Wing Sauce on this website is pretty awesome, but you could buy buffalo wing sauce too. I generally keep all the other ingredient amounts listed...some people like blue cheese, but I personally wouldn't do blue cheese dressing, crumbles instead :) I mix it all up, and put it in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Can't imagine buffalo chicken dip can get any better than that! Oh, and I like it with tortilla chips. 4 stars since I never made the recipe that's listed...but doing it the way I just stated...gains it 6 stars!!!

Pineapple Stuffing
I rated this recipe based on the outcome I had with my changes. I followed the advice of other reviewers and doubled the bread slices. I made a double batch of this and it fit in ( i think) an 11x15 pan. So in all I used 20 slices of bread, 1 cup of BUTTER (plus i greased the pan with butter), 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 20 oz cans of crushed pineapple not DRAINED, and 8 eggs. It came out PERFECT!!! I personally could have added about 1/4-1/2 cup more sugar but it was fine with just 1 cup total for a double batch. I baked it covered for the first half hour and then uncovered it for the last half hour. Then it sat for about an hour in a warm place while I cooked everything else. Went VERY well with ham and everyone that ate it loved it!

Homemade Maple Syrup
This was pretty good... if you are used to pure maple syrup you will be dissappointed if you expect it to taste like that. By itself it's not very good but when eaten on our french toast it was good. I'd say better than what you'd get with aunt jemima or mrs butters worth. I think next time I will add a bit of butter to the syrup.
