This was good but I agree that it needs a little more flavor. I added a little cornstarch to the juices to make a thick sauce. I will try a little curry or a smidget of mustard next time. This was also good on pork chops.

Cola Pork Chops

This is a goo easy recipe when you have a busy day. My family loved it! I added starch to make the sauce thicker and I added thinly sliced onions. I will use this again! Thanks!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Thanks so much! This is what my mom made for us and no one had the recipe. This is easy and my kids loved it. I omitted the raisins and added a little cinnamon.

Glazed Pork Chop

I thought this was very easy and had a good taste but my husband and kids felt it was to much mustard. I will try this again but use less mustard and maybe add some pineapple slices.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

This chicken is great. Very easy and very tasty. My kids ages 4 and 8 even loved it. I didn't have onion salt so I used onion flakes instead and it was still good. We will definitely eat this again.

Amusement Park Cornbread

This is the best cornbread I have found. It tastes just like Mom's. I used a cornbread mix (thats all I had on hand)and just omitted the ingredients it had in it. I also placed my skillet with my grease (veg. oil about 1 Tbsp) in the oven until hot, so that it gave the cornbread a crispy outer area. Great warm with milk. Thanks!

Monster Cookies V

I have used this recipe many times before and these are GREAT! I divide the dough in 3 ways and I might add coconut in one, pecans in another and broken heath bar or raisins in the last but I alway use the M&M's and chocolate chips. These are great frozen too. If you need to feed a large group this is the cookie for you.

Caramel Apple Cake

This cake was really easy and very good. My whole family loved it. I added a little more than 12 pecans on top an it turned out great. It was really good warmed and with a little vanilla ice cream. MMMMMM!
