Portobello Penne Pasta Casserole
Very good. However, true confession, I'm not a huge spinach lover, so I would add half the amount the recipe calls for. Also, needs more garlic.

Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread
I didn't have enough of the butter/egg mixture for both loaves--only about one-and-a-half, so I will double next time. And, yes, as a garlic lover, needs lots more garlic!

Tomato Basil Soup I
It is thin, almost water-ey, even with blending, it still had a thin, tomato sauce-like consistency. The bigger issue for me was the lack of deep, rich tomato flavor.
