Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Need to work on construction (falling apart). But love the taste. Did add some carrot and zucchini but would of given the same stars either way.

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

LOVED. Used butt per recommendation from my butcher. Followed exact recipe otherwise. I use Sweet Baby Rays Sauce and the only thing I want to figure out is how to add a touch of smokiness flavor. The texture and flavor was perfection.

Mom's Coleslaw

Used one and a half 16 ounce bags (24 ounces total) prepared coleslaw mix. Added dashes of kosher salt, black pepper and celery salt. Made dressing as recipe reads. I can't stop eating it, hope I still have enough for dinner. Making with Slow Cooker Pulled Pork. Very very good!

Mexican Bean Salad

I liked this a lot but I love beans! I read many of the reviews and I did not change the dressing at all because I added extra beans to have a little more than 8 servings but I don't think it would've been too much, just serve with a slotted spoon. I did use less salt but I often do because I don't love salty foods. I ate it 2 days later and still fresh and delicious.

Spinach Cheese Manicotti

Made exactly as written - very good and so easy. Only 1 dirty bowl for mixing, used this same bowl to mix water and sauce (I used 1 traditional prego and 1 traditional ragu) and 1 dish for baking. Used gallon size ziploc with corner cut off to fill shells Love this and will make again. Kids did not even ask about the spinach. Great recipe.

Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Pepper Jelly Appetizer

This app is always a hit. There are lots of jelly options, I currently love the ones at Harry and David. I always use my hand mixer and blend together then put in a pretty dish with crackers. A heavy cracker, like a Wheat Thin, works great.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

This was great! I also get frustrated when people change up the recipe but I did add 1/2 cup milk and reduced bread crumbs to 1/2 cup. Without the milk it would've been too dry for me. I've tried many recipes for deluxe Mac n cheese and this one was EASY, FAST and DELICIOUS. And 8 ounces is about 1 3/4 cup of elbow macaroni - I used 2 cups dry and my dish was perfect.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Absolutely delicious! Used recipe as is. I did ladle out some of the juice before shredding and then put back in what I wanted. The next day it could've used more of that juice so if you do that, make sure you add more to your leftovers. Thank you Zanne Tastic! Want to try it on pizza with red onion too.
