I'm an expert on food and love!! My hobby is googling recipes. I try something new almost everyday! All day @ work, we talk food. I am not picky @ all, I would try almost anything! The best thing is my husband and I share the love for the kichen. Side by side we create magnifacent meals for our children and friends. Any recipe that doesn't call for too many ingredients, or things I'v never heard of. I usually use recipes, but change them to adjust to what I have in my kitchen and to my liking of taste. My mother always prepared a wonderful, balanced meal each night. I try my best to do the same for my family. My husband and I love variety. Creating dishes together is pure bliss to me. Hopefully we will have lots of tradiotions for our children to carry on. I make an awesome pot of spaghetti! Also, we have taco night @ my house sometimes, and everybody always has to come! It's as big as Thanksgiving here! WE make guacamole, 7 layer taco dip, pulled pork tacos, chicken tacos, and of course the traditional beef tacos, with all the toppings you could imagine. Add my variety of lime, strawberry, and mango margaritas and you're in taco night heaven! I tried to make a coffeecake once and it turned out awful tasting and salty. Unfortunately, once I ruin anything, I don't want to try it again!
