Bookbinder's Fabulous Cheesecake

I made just the cheesecake part and half the recipe was enough for my 9-inch pan. The texture was nice and rich and the flavor was lemony perfect!

Fabulous Roasted Cauliflower Soup

I received great reviews from everyone who tried it, but no one went for seconds. I think the cauliflower leaves a not so pleasant aftertaste. The recipe is great, so I think I will try it out with other veggies. Thanks!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Finally, a recipe that doesn't give me semi-cooked pancakes! I had almost given up on making pancakes from scratch. I will try letting the batter sit overnight next time like another reviewer.

Mexican Bean Salad

I made this for a barbecue and it turned out pretty good. However, like one other person said, it tastes better the next day. And tastes awesome over a bed of couscous! I also halved all the dressing ingredients and it still tasted good.

Apple Butter Spice Cake

This turned out absolutely amazing! All who tasted it said they could not have just one piece! My husband didn't even know that apple was in it. Which means I can now substitute applesauce for butter in any recipe and he won't know it. I couldn't get the layers right, but don't worry, it doesn't make a difference.
