About this Cook
I have worked in restaurants for over 25 years. I have been cooking since i could stand on a chair and reach the stove. I have no formal training, just what i learned accross the way. Timing and execution are key components in the kitchen. I typically cook what I like to eat and will often change recipes to add my own ingredients.
My favorite things to cook
I love the bbq. anything i can put on the grill but mostly ribs and steaks. I love mexican food, baking sweets, and italian food. I like picking up a new recipe every couple weeks of something i have never tasted.

i enjoy knowing enough recipes that at the restauarant I work at I can custom make food for my patron if they should have a special request. It is always appreciated.
My cooking tragedies
I dont burn stuff very often but it is my pet peeve. I do not like people touching my food while i am cooking so I will kick you out of my kitchen.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
This bread came out just awesome! My family came back from an all you can eat buffet and couldn't stop eating this bread. It was amazing and moist

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps
These came out great! I made them for the first time and it was easy. a lot of good tips on this recipe that helped. I like maple bacon so I used that and everyone loved it. also using a melon baller to remove the seed and membrane minimizes your hands from soaking up the hot stuff.
